Embed a Framer Prototype

To embed a Framer prototype, simply copy & paste a Framer Cloud link into a deck or slide. There are multiple ways places where you can paste it—the Storyboard View (Cmd+V on desktop), inside the slide text editor, or through the "Add Media" menu (shown below).

Wherever you choose to do it, Paste® will embed the live prototype and automatically format the color, layout, and any typography on your slide to make it look great.

Additional options

Hide the Framer Cloud sidebar

You can hide the Framer Cloud sidebar so that it doesn't open every time you view a slide.

In your Framer Cloud dashboard, find your prototype, select the Edit button, and select Share Settings. Then, uncheck “Show sidebar with info on project page”.

Change or Apply a Frame

In Framer, hide the device frame by adding this line of code to your project:

Framer.Device.forceHideBezel()

You may need to update Framer Library (Code > Update Framer Library) to support this.

Then, add any media frame you like in Paste.

Responsive Framer prototypes will expand to fit any Paste® media frame.
