What happens to my Paste Pro subscription?

From the 1st of October, we'll be deactivating all recurring Paste Pro subscriptions. This applies to both monthly and yearly subscriptions. If you are currently subscribed to Paste, you don't need to take any action, as the termination will be automatic.

Refunds for Unused Time

We believe in fair play and value every penny you've invested in our service. Therefore, for any unused time after the 1st of October, subscribers will receive pro-rated refunds. This means if you've already paid for services beyond this date, you'll be compensated proportionally for the duration you won't be using.

Exclusivity of This Update

It's important to note that this information relates only to legacy Paste Pro subscriptions. If you hold a WeTransfer Pro or WeTransfer Premium subscription, please rest assured that these services remain unaffected. Your subscriptions and the services attached to them will continue as usual.

We understand the inconveniences transitions like these can cause, and we appreciate your understanding and patience as we navigate this change. While we are closing a chapter with Paste, we remain dedicated to providing superior services and innovation through our other platforms.

Support Resources

Paste will remain operational until the 31st of December, 2023. That means that even though we’ve stopped your subscription, you’ll still be able to access, make changes to, and export your decks until that date.
